The beach also features a playground for our younger guests, salt pans with a salt museum, Roman excavations with the remains of a temple, and the smallest cathedral in the world are all nearby.
Zadar is 15 km from the apartment, and Novalja on the island of Pag is 42 km away.

The popular Ždrijac Beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the center of the historic town of Nin. A kite and surfing school has been established on the sandy cape that protects the town of Nin like a breakwater, popular due to the favorable wind conditions. One of the most beautiful and historic bays in Nin is the sandy Kraljičina Beach, also known as Queen's Beach. It is 3 km long and a paradise for children, who can splash around in the shallow water and build sandboxes.
Apartment Lea in Nin is located directly on Ždrijac Beach. Self-catering apartments and 2 free parking spaces are available. Free Wi-Fi and wired internet access are available. In addition to a balcony for 5 people, the air-conditioned apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, a living area with a pull-out couch and TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and also houses a washing machine and clothes rack.

Cancellation Policy:
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 42 days prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 42 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price.
Security Deposit:
•A security deposit of €350.00 is required upon arrival. This must be paid in cash.
• You will normally receive a refund upon departure.
• The security deposit will be fully refunded in cash after the accommodation has been inspected and no damage has been found.
On the last day of the stay, guests are required to vacate the accommodation by 9:00 AM to ensure the next guest can arrive by 3:00 PM.
